Chief Operating Officer

Tim serves Desroches Partners as the Chief Operating Officer. An experienced, versatile executive with a deep understanding of operational excellence and leadership, Tim has the vision necessary to foster practice growth while preserving alignment with the firm’s mission and core values.

Drawing from a diverse entrepreneurial background, Tim has focused his energies on helping organizations develop and execute strategy. He also puts a premium on helping individuals leverage their strengths to become more deliberate, engaged, and productive. He has served as a leader and consultant with numerous companies ranging in size from the Fortune 500 to small, independent businesses.

In 1979, Tim graduated with honors from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science degree. Three years later, he followed it up with a graduate degree from the University of Texas. He and his wife, Suzanne, have three children and six grandchildren, and currently reside in Sugar Land, Texas.
