Thomas is a founding partner at Desroches Partners, where his 20 years of experience in tax and business consulting services is key to serving the individuals the firm is proud to have as clientele. His process knowledge is crucial to understanding complex asset structures and their tax code implications, making him adept at serving high net worth individuals and their family-owned businesses.

Outside of work, Thomas’ family keeps him busy by attending his kids sporting events all around his home city of Houston. He’s a member of his children’s school advisory council and volunteers as Treasurer for the non-profit organization, Paw & Order: Fighting Animal Cruelty in Texas.

Thomas graduated from the Professional Program of Accounting from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M and is a member of the accounting organizations, TSCPA and AICPA.
