Tax Manager CPA

Brittany began her accounting career in 2010, in the hospitality industry. She graduated from the University of New Orleans with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism, then went to work for several years in the accounting department of a New Orleans area hotel. Having found a fulfilling profession at which she excelled, she returned to her alma mater, where she earned a second degree, this time in accounting. She then went to work providing accounting and tax services for estates, trusts, corporations, partnerships, individuals, and non-profit organizations across a wide range of industries. She’s licensed in both Texas and Louisiana.

As a tax manager for Desroches Partners, Brittany’s duties include interfacing with clients, reviewing returns, and training and supporting her team. A detail-oriented professional with a love of problem solving, she enjoys continually learning, and researching complex tax issues. She finds great satisfaction in helping clients plan wisely and minimize their tax burden; she credits her background in hospitality for her gift always making sure her clients are happy and well-advised.

Brittany lives in Dallas with her husband, Joe, and their cat, Skittles. They enjoy travel and the outdoors, particularly hiking and fishing. She also enjoys baking in her free time.
