Harvin Lawhon has been named partner at Desroches Partners, where he’s leading the audit practice
The new service assists our clients in meeting the reporting requirements imposed by lenders, sureties, outside investors and other governmental and regulatory agencies. Harvin has tailored our audit approach to gain an understanding of each business and the industry in which it operates. We at Desroches Partners are placing heavy emphasis on properly planning and performing our audits to ensure minimal interruption to our client’s day-to-day business operations.
Harvin has led engagements of companies with annual revenues as high as $600 million serving a variety of industries, with concentrations in manufacturing, distribution, construction, energy and employee benefit plans. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Harvin began his career at Gainer Donnelly and Desroches, LLP, where he became a manager over a ten-year period. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Houston CPA Society, where he serves on various committees.
