Rhonda Goolsby

CAS Manager

Rhonda began working as an accountant from a very young age. During her formative years, her mother–a small business owner–recruited her to assist with accounting duties. Although she didn’t realize it at the time, the hard skills and work ethic she developed as a teenager would set her on a highly rewarding career path.

Born and raised in Houston, Rhonda graduated from Texas State University, and spent time in Austin and Nashville before eventually moving back to her hometown.

Rhonda initially joined Desroches Partners as an Accounting Specialist and worked her way up to her current role as Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager, where she oversees client services operations, fosters relationships with a wide range of businesses, and solves the frequent problems that come up in the day-to-day. She stands out in the firm thanks to her procedural work; she oversees new software implementations and maps out–and continually improves–departmental processes. Her organizational skills and love of a good puzzle make her a natural fit as a manager, while her can-do attitude and gregarious nature help foster highly effective client relationships.

Rhonda now lives in Katy, Texas, with her husband Chris, two daughters, and two very vocal miniature schnauzers named Pepper and Putter. She loves family, friends, beaches, and swimming pools.
